If you are doing Weight Watcher's then there is no reason for you to have to cheat per say. With Weight Watcher's you can eat anything you wan to eat as long as you count the points.
Why not be wiser about it and bank you're points during the week and enjoy a little more on the weekends.
That is the whole point behind Weight Watcher's.
Why go through all the trouble of even doing it if you are going to ruin it on the weekend's?
Are weekend's that important to you? Find something other than eating anything you want on the weekend's to do.

Weight loss = calories in - calories out If you burn more then you consume you will lose weight. Its that simple. It doesnt make a difference what you do. If you want to eat bacon every day, you will still lose weight as long as you create a calorie deficit. Bacon will probably give you a heart attack but it will taste good. Anyway. Dont overcomplicate things. If you try your plan and your weight does not change after 2 weeks then you will need to make some changes. Have fun.

Umm I am going to say no... Considering you have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound your chances of losing any weight while still eating what you want on Saturdays and Sundays are slim to none. You would just gain all those calories back that you previously lost. If I were you I would do the 5 hard days and 2 cheat days. Just limit yourself on what you eat, and still eat what you want. Proportion yourself. Eat what the boxes say to eat. No more... It worked for me. 10 pounds lighter.

It has been shown that if you have 1 cheat day a week, it is good for your diet. The reason behind this is that when you are dieting, your metabolism slows down because you aren't consuming your normal amount of calories. If you have one cheat day, it basically tells your metabolism... "you have to speed up because more calories are coming in." This way you always keep your metabolism guessing and that is the best way to burn those calories faster. I don't know about 2 cheat days, but one moderate cheat day can actually help a lot.

Two cheat days is a little much. Maybe if you work out on those days too, you will lose. I tried doing what you're talking about & I gained back the few pounds that I had lost each week. I wasn't working out. BUT, if you're working out, maybe you won't gain any back. I don't know about 'eat all you want.' It will take longer to reach your goal, if you do it that way...

Yes working out 5 days a week really helps and if your only cheating on weekends that should be fine depending on how much weight you want to loose. GOOD JOB!

I don't think that is such a good idea. You might... but it will take forever, and you'll end up losing your motivation since you don't see results.
What about once a week you give yourself one treat? Maybe every saturday you have one dessert or some fries, or pizza...
Two full days out of seven, seem a bit much.

Its all in the numbers, and you didn't specify any. How much do you workout in the 5 days? How hard? What heart rate? for how long?
How much did you eat in the 5 days? how much in the 2 days?
If I give you a lot of money today, and a little tomorrow, how much do you have? See what I mean?

That sounds ok, I did buffets once a week (no breakfast or dinner, though), and still lost weight by exercising and eating ok during the week
