every few months I have an unpredictable fainting spell, and usually I can't tell when it's coming. Are there any life-changes I can make (like diet, sleep habits, etc) that could reduce my fainting? (I'm 16 and have a small body, does that have anything do do with it?)

I have talked to my doctor about it. She said I was perfectly healthy and that my fainting involved nerves and squeemish-ness. But I don't know how to stop being nervous.

Eat woman!

Drink more!

Sleep.
Take a multi vitamin, get a physical and blood work done.
Also, it may be that you have too much sugar in your blood when you faint. Do you eat a lot of candy?

The first thing you should do is talk to your doctor. Unexplained fainting could be a sign of a serious problem, such as diabetes or a neurological issue. Definately not something to try and treat on your own.

Hmmm, most logical answer would be: GO TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR, AND FIND OUT FROM A PROFESSIONAL! ( I dont know thats just me, just throwin that out there)
