If there is a God, how have you imagined he will be?

I always had the picture, assuming he were possible & actually did exist, that he is a flaming spirit, sometimes ball of fire, sometimes man-like in form.

Greyish - white hair, long & flowing, raiment of whitest white, blinding to look at.

Not handsome, but not ugly, about average man-size in appearance.

How do you imagine God?

Have you ever wondered if man was created in God's image, I guess a 6 ft tall image, does this mean that giants are taller than God? Is this how Satan fooled heaven?

Being taller & appearing more muscular than God? Are angels taller than God? What do you think he looks like (if he exists).

Be detailed, cause I want to see how different everyone's opinion is. Oh, I am white, so for some reason, I always imagined he was white, but maybe he is mexican?

how about this: Isaiah 40:12 Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand,
or with the breadth of his hand marked off the heavens?
Who has held the dust of the earth in a basket,
or weighed the mountains on the scales
and the hills in a balance?

Held all the water in the hollow of his hand? with the distance between his pinky finger and his thumb he marked of the heavens, carried the dust of the whole earth in a basket. That's pretty big. infact scientists at NASA have remarked that space is so vast that there is no way to measure it, yet God marked it off with the distance between his pinky and thumb.
verse 18 says: To whom, then, will you compare God?
What image will you compare him to?

kind of a futile effort is it not?
You imagine him to be white, yet scripture clearly states he is a Jew. man being made in God's image had nothing to do with how tall they were, but rather inteligent, capable of speach, triune in existance (we have a Body "meatsuit" a Soul "our thought processes" and a spirit "which compells us to worship... if not God then something" it is our choice what we worship even if it is evolution but all people worship someone or something".

we are also commanded not to make an image or idol (this would include doing so in our mind. ex. 20:4 "You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.

God is everywhere. God is love, and love is God. Your task and challenge if so desired, is to find God. Humans are made in the image of God, and God is certainly not the image of humankind. God is the Holy Spirit, and you will know when you find or have found God.

I don't know what He looks like. We get a vague description in Revelations but that's not much to go by. I think he will be something we can't even imagine and of course he is going to be beautiful just look at his creation.
