Rohypnol, and many others, can interfer with making new memories. Those dosed have difficulty recalling anything from while they were under the drugs influence. But i know of no drug that can erase pre-existing memories.

Benzodiazepines are the drugs that most commonly cause temporary memory problems. Rohypnol and Valium are both examples of benzodiazepines, and there are a lot of others: Versed, Xanax, Ativan, etc. Here is some more information about benzodiazepines:

Anything in the benzodiazapam family would probably work fine. Xanax (pronounced zanex) Is one of the most prominantly perscribed, and easily available on the black market................When overdosed on "blacking out" is an EXTREMELY common side effet. The genric version is known as Alazorpam, and it is generally perscribed for severe anxiety disoders. Other good ones would be:
Klonopin
Valium
Phenobarbitol
Ativan
GHB
Rufenol
or just plain good old-fashioned booze

I can't think of any names off hand, but any type of sedative, like valium given in a big enough dose can mess up your memory. Sorry to not be better help.

All drugs make you forget something, since they mess up with your mind, causing you to think differently about situations, which eventually causes you to forget. Meth, cocaine, tobacco, steroids, they can get you to forget, since drugs waste your time, during what you should be doing.
