At 6 months she is most likely in heat..and she will wander far and wide to find a mate if none are close by....She will come back most likely, but also preggers...Get her spayed and this won't happen again......Good Luck

She meows because she is in heat, and escaped to get to a male, she might come back or might not, but being missing if she does come back she will definantly be pregnant. Poor little thing at such a young age, and she hasnt even finished growing herself. Be careful when she has kittens because it is more than likely to have complications.

Sounds like she is in heat, and may show up back at home pregnant! I suggest you get her spayed as soon as possible. If you are going to be a cat owner, you should be a responsible one and get your cat spayed.

She is probably in heat and just wants to get outside again to be with the boys. Don't let her. Instead, take her to the vet and get her fixed. (too many kitties as it is)
