The seemingly undisputed low-light champion of point and shoot digital cameras is the Fujifilm FinePix F30. The price is now down to $260 without a memory card and you can add whatever amount of memory you need. Your budget easily allows for 512 KB or even 1 GB.

It won't go quite as wide as the Canon SD800 Ignacio suggests, but it may do better in low light, if you can not use flash.

Hi,

Fortunately for you there are a lot of cameras that offer what you need for casual realtor pictures.

I'll also assume that you want something to fit in your shirt pocket and not something bulkier that may get in the way when negotiating with a customer.

Probably your best option is the SD800 IS by Canon, it's slightly over your budget ($354 if ordered from B&H).

The Panasonic DMC FX-50 is as wide as the SD800 but it's probably a little noisier on high ISO, but it's $279 from B&H.

Kodak came up with a dual lens solution for going wider, but for some reason it got really poor reviews.

By the way, I'm not giving you direct links 'cause I got a heads up that doing so could cause your account to be eliminated, but do order from B&H, (bhphoto.com) I've got no affiliation to them other than great prices and great service.

Hope this helps!

Ignacio

one of my friend bout a pentax camera A10 its 8 mp .. with IS.. lithium battery.. really very good in low light..

but you'll not find the same quality picture you get in canon.. but who bother.. or buy a camera which should has Image stablization manual control of ISO sensitivity.

use maximum 200 iso in low light..

so image stab.. with compensate the shutter lag..

ok..

you'll get good pictures.. without noise or grain on pics..

check out..!!
