There are different strokes for different folks. For some it is a hot, or warm bath, for others, its a hot tub or spa, while for some its a soft shower. Seems like water is a natural relaxation therapy, of any sort. Music is the same way, some prefer soft, classical music while others like headsets with hard rock blaring out at them while they run outside or on a treadmill. I like a cup of mild coffee while others like a glass of liquor, or wine. That stimulates me, while the coffee relaxs me, so it is up to you to figure out what works best for you. There are a lot of suggestions here, hope you find some that work for you, it is important to know what your level of relaxation is.

Try curling up on the couch with a good good. If you have a garden you could go out and plant some flowers? Take a long shower, soak in the tub with your favorite bath oil. Watch a good movie, or maybe do some baking in the kitchen...

Sitting in a nice warm tub with alot of bubbles in it always relaxes me and also laying in the sun spot that streams through the window is awesome - everyone should try it! The ultimate is having someone rub your head, neck and shoulders!

A warm bath and a good book (like a fun read, not anything too stressful on the mind.) ... also music is great for everything... and my chorus teacher always said the best way for a girl to relax is to giver herself a manicure and/or pedicure!

The best way to relax is to go on a pre-planned walk. Walk on a safe route and vary the route from time to time.

Take a bath, listen to music, light some inncence, and candles, write about your thoughts in a journal or sumthing.

Hang out online, hang with your animals if you have any, take a nap, do a crossword puzzle, call someone, organize your clothes, watch a movie at home.
