Either your dog has an infection or it has a bladder full of stones or it could be something else entirely. You are really going to have to get him to a vet. If he were mine I would take him to the emergency vet right now, rather than have to be letting him out every hour. You can also call your regular vet right now since they usually have a call service.

Definitely a trip to the vets... He most likely has a urinary tract infection that'll just need some antibiotics to clear up, but it could be something more serious, like bladder stones or a mass in his bladder. He must be quite uncomfortable at the moment. If I were you I'd call the vets and describe it, see if they think it warrants an emergency callout.

Your dog needs a trip to the vet, no later than Monday morning. Sounds like he could have a urinary tract infection going on, or even possibly something more severe.
Have him into the vet tomorrow, the longer you wait the worse it'll get, and the harder treating it will be.
