my family and i are thinking about getting another dog because 2 out of the 3 had to be put asleep because of old age and a tumor. we dont know what to do. please help.

I say go ahead and get anothere puppy. Our family dog passed away and when he did our house felt so empty. we didnt here him walking through the house or his jinglin coller it just seem wierd him not being there. So by the end of the week we had a new puppy that looked just like our old one even down to the white strip on his chest. there attitudes where dirffrent but none the less it help ease the tention of losing our family pet that we had for ten years. good luck.

I am sure you and your family enjoy the companionship of a good pet; You just have to ask yourself what breed of dog you want. Because I can tell you want another faithful companion. My wife and I wish you and your family the very best of luck in whatever you decide. Sincerly

Find what kind of dog you want. Then go to a breeder and let a dog pick you. don't pick a dog let a dog pick you! That way your family and the dog will be so much happier!

Maybe your parents do not want any more pets. You should abide by your parents wishes a pet is an expensive item.

mabye adopt a full grown dog if your remaining dog is old

maybe it's better if you buy new dogs.. donate your helpless dogs to burger muchines..
