Have 300k pixels Digital Camera Binoculars. Installed drivers (I think) but it isn't WORKING?!?!?! HELP!!!!!!

It might be called a Dual Mode Camera (8008 VGA), i think. I visited the website, and I think I installed drivers, but I cannot get the mother to work! Can someone please help me? What do I do?

What exactly isn't working? Does the camera not take pictures? Or can you not get pictures from the camera into your computer? What sort of interface does the camera have for moving pictures? Is it USB or something proprietary? Who is the manufacturer of this binocular/camera?
