some dogs handle frustration better than others.
Puppies develop tolerance to frustration when fighting over the milk bar at Mom's. They have to learn to wait or get pushed out of the way.

Yes it will and depending on it's being capable of breeding, its breed and intelligence it will have different ways of showing it! Some quite destructive behaviour problems. They get frustrated through boredom or through wanting to mate! Know your breed and give it the exercise and attention it needs and frustration shouldn't be a problem!

dogs can get frustrated over lots of things , do you know when your dog is frustrated, or why?
dogs can suffer due to things they see, hear or smell.
find out why your dog is like this and you can then remove the cause.
