If you have never been sick with it, then you probably didn't give it to her but if you don't care about that then you should show up to her house with flowers and a card or something. Just be there for her, show her that you are available to her and that you care about her condition. It may even be nice if you cook dinner for her or something. If you are not able to be there in person, send her something or call her every chance you get it. It will help her take her mind off of having mono and make her feel really important to you at the same time.

If your not sick then you couldnt of given it to her, she must of shared a water bottle or something.
You can drop off her homework for her or something nice like that.

just be thankful that you didn't give her something worse and if you think you might have it,then i suggest you go visit your doctor
