Put a thick rubber band on your wrist like a bracelet. When you want to crack your knuckles, pull on that instead. You might also try putting it around your closed fist or fingertips.

Actually cracking your knuckles is good for you it prevent your knuckles from stiffing up on you as you get older in life it release gas within your finger bones. So just keep on doing it it good for you.

cold turkey.
you can instead make a new habit like chewing a pen or something. then you can change that habit to chewing gum. or something like that. change your habit to something else and you can forget all about it.
