Change your phone number. Sounds like someone who is going to harass and haunt you as long as he has a method of doing it. Even though it is tempting to be stubborn and not take the extreme steps of changing what is happening, you need to do it. I know someone who had a creep like that haunting her and he ended up physically assaulting her because she wouldn't pick up the phone. If you change your number, chances are he will just move on to look for his next "victim" to play head games with.

You continue to completely ignore him, you do that thing on your phone and cellphone that blocks calls from a certain number, and give him the deep freeze.
You also don't listen to a single word once you recognize his voice on your voicemail.

Tape record him and then you will have some evidence to take to the police. Tell the guy what you intend to do if he doesn't leave you alone!

Change your phone number like the other person said. Other than that there's not much else you can do. You're already ignoring him.

Let him get his jollys by thinking that he's getting you mad at him. Dimiss him as a crazy moron and as soon as you hear his voice on the voicemail delete it before you finish listening to it (if your phone gives you that option). He's jealous.

If it's your home number change the number and get it unlisted. If it's your cell, change the number.
