if you could change a body part or make a completely new body part you could have surgically added to your body, what would it be? not just bigger parts, change something or come up with something new. Tell what it does, how it functions, how it will look, and where will it be located. no robot parts, metal, non biological parts, no brain, changes... k, go on.. it can be anything you can imagine.

I'd get two extra arms, with the mental capacity to use all 4 of them independently. I could get so much more stuff done! and do things quicker!
