Must be able to laugh, loves life, focuses attention on you no matter what the surroundings, looks into your eyes when conversing and is HONEST.
Not afraid to answer questions about self and not afraid to ask questions.
Chews with mouth closed and isn't worried about how much money you have.

Don't go further then maybe a kiss on the cheek on the first date.
Don't make yourself into what the other person wants you to be. If they don't like you for who you are then they are not worth your time.
