any animal with a brain can get a headache. simple swelling of the brain causes discomfort and is the cause of most headaches in any mammal or upper level animal.

yes, but a headache is probably a secondary symptom of another illness. When a cat gets a headache, he'll be lethargic, may vomit, may refuse to eat, may shake his head from side to side or if the pain is intense, his whole body will be shaking as if in cold (tremors). Usually, if the cat has an infected ear canal, you can pretty much assume that his head is aching. No defferent from us!

Yes all animals can. I was told to give my small dog 12 lbs. a half a baby aspirin. I'm sure you could give your cat a quarter of one . I don't know the symptoms, if she seems like she's in pain, a quarter baby aspirin couldn't hurt, just could help.
Hope your kitty feels better

How would anyone know if they got headaches? I doubt they're gonna go pop a tylenol or say " keep it down I have a headache!". Maybe try and contact Dr. Doolittle.
