Well it definitely depends on what business you're running, if you have a dental office, or a law firm, I don't really recommend a Disney theme, but if you think the theme matches business you're running, then its okay, but to be sure, you should comply with the city code, and ask them if there are any legal issues such as copyright infringement.

As others have said, there are definitely legal concerns. Disney is very protective of their image and any associations with it. They've been known to agressively sue daycare providers who have outdoor murals or who are "Disney themed." The more the theme becomes a part of your promotion the more agressive they'll be in pursuing you even at the cost of bad publicity.

An indoor mural on a small single wall, as one among many other murals, may not draw their ire if they discover it and, even if it does, they'll probably send legal notice and drop it if you paint over it.

If you do one, Disney or any other brand, don't advertise or promote it or your business with it and don't have it easily visible from the street - that's a surefire way to encounter legal trouble.

Hi:

There's no reason to just skip the Disney part and go with the real fairy tales. Check out the work of the artists and illustrators like NC Wyeth, Maxfield Parrish, Arthur Rackham, Howard Pyle and many, many others.

You might also want to check with the Society of Childrens' Books Authors and Illustrators. There are many up and coming illustrators there that may have wonderful and great ideas for coming up with something other than Disney-ish type illustrations.

If you want to go with traditional fairy tales, a good source of stories are the Harvard Classics - Volume XVII has Aesop, Grimm and Hans Christian Anderson stories and Volume XVI has the stories from the Thousand and One Nights.

Hope this helps.

you does not be braking any copright or trademark regulations by putting Disney photographs on your partitions. Its in basic terms an infringement in case you marketplace your business enterprise as a Disney place, or use any of their paintings on your business enterprise style. human beings could purchase Disney paint, borders, wall decals and extra from homestead Depot! in simple terms because of the fact its a business enterprise, does not mean it won't manage to be deocrated an analogous!

I wouldn't. Disney has reps in various communities to report copyright infringement and using their themes in your business sets you up for a lawsuit that you will certainly lose.
