It is a thing that fluctuates like the tides. Testing has, as a matter of fact, shown that it works. However repeated testing show a decline in the results after a certain period. This makes it 'inconclusive' and thus not real to science. Sony confirmed the existance of psionic abilities a few years back, but ditched the studies when they couldn't figure out how to make a gaming system that used it.

It is because even the most fervent supporters of psychic phenomenon are forced to have ther results overseen and tallied by supposedly impartial parties, parties that are under orders from those that want to suppress the truth about psychic phenomena to make certain that these things cannot be proven.

There is a million-dollar prize in the states for anyone who can display psychic abilities under test conditions - and the requirements aren't even that high.
It remains unclaimed to this day. I shan't patronise you by telling you why.

it might be because psychic ability is hard to control,i have had experience over a period of 60 years 4 times in that period things happened that i could not explain and i had no control over,but they happened all the same.

No, it's probably due to the fact that telepathy, telekinesis, etc... don't actually exist anywhere but in comic books and shows on the Sci-Fi network.

Because the only thing they are trying to do is disprove it, therefore when they can't disprove it they call it inconclusive.
