I learnt Hindi by an amazing program called Rosetta Stone. You can get a demo on www.rosettastone.com but purchasing is the best idea. In my opinion, websites for learning Hindi aren't very good because they contradict eathother and pronunciation from a website can be tricky. Another thing you could try is to watch Hindi movies with subtitles and then without. Many of the movies are interesting or exciting and Hindi learning becomes quite easy.

Try watching Hindi movies, first with subtitles, then without. Also, if you have family members that speak Hindi, learn it by listening to what they're saying. (Worked for me!)
