Take loamy soil in broad but shallow bamboo basket. Spread the tiny seeds and cover them lightly with soil.Give water with a sprinkler.
Protect them from birds ( They just love the seeds and the seedlings).

When the are sufficiently grown ( eight to ten pairs of leaves on them) transplant them where ever you want.

Take the help of a local nursery man.

It's better to put the seeds in an oven (T< 60º C) for 12 hours. Then plant it in a good substrate.
