he said hes gay. but hes always touching me and sitting next to me in classes even though he could sit next to his friends. i always see him looking over at me in class.so im pretty confused

we were at a party the other night and he stayed with me most of the night and started stroking my arms and my back while i was sitting next to him for hours.

i cant imagine he'd lie about being gay, has he told other people hes gay or just you? maybe if hes only told you hes said it so he can get away with treating you a little different than you would let any other boy who was straight? e.g stroking your arm etc. best way to be sure is just ask him straight, just say if hes gay then your a little confused with how he acts around you. Maybe he does just want you as a friend, maybe he doesn't sit with his friends anymore because he has a better time sitting with you? i have 2 gay friends and they are quite touchy feeley in general.

Many gay men love the company of women but obviously not enough!
I have seen many gay men always touching people in general, most boys wouldn't let them whereas some girls don't mind. Having said that there does seem to be a trend going round of boys claiming to be gay in trying to get a girl to 'turn' them, so the girl thinks she's something special because she's done the impossible.

nicely, i does not propose asking him approximately his sexually because of fact some people do get indignant once you ask them approximately they're sexuality. an analogous with me i'm Bi yet i be conscious those appealing adult adult males in school, i propose warm adult adult males that sound gay they could sound gay yet be very right away. If he said he's gay, he's probably not lying to you. It isn't something guys just come out and say. He might be curious to see what it would be like to be with a girl, but doesn't want to come out and ask if you would participate because you are a friend. Maybe you should just reach out and kiss him and let things go as far as you are willing to let them go.

Defintely sounds gay. I have a gay friend and have met a lot of his friends and they are all very 'touchy' and like being close to you. Only thing when you refer to class if he is still in school and early to mid teens he could still be unsure of his sexuality.
