OK i am no chef so i dont know the exact measurements for this recipe but i usually just estimate with the quantities and usually it is a hit! I have a really cool delicious recipe using Rice Crispies Chocolate and Peanut Butter that requires no baking.
Melt some dark or milk chocolate (your preference, but i personally prefer the dark chocolate) into a microwavable bowl.
In a separate mixing bowl add some Rice Crispies and a couple of Tablespoons of Smooth Peanut butter. Then use a fork (yes..a fork) to mix together the rice crispie and peanut butter mix. (I find a fork mixes it better than a spoon as the peanut butter is quite thick in texture).
Finally add in the melted chocolate and stir until all the rice crispies are covered in chocolate.
Then put the mixture into those small paper cake holder things and refrigerate for about half an hour to an hour.

Those are my favorite kind of cookies! Here is the recipe:
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS
Bring to boil the white sugar, butter or margarine and milk. Boil for exactly 1 minute. NO LONGER.
Remove from heat and add oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla and cocoa. Mix together and drop by teaspoon onto wax paper. Let cool for approximate 1/2 hour.

No Cook Scotcharoos - Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Treats
20 servings 10 min 6 min prep
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup peanut butter, smooth
3 cups crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Stir sugar, corn syrup & peanut butter in glass bowl.
Microwave on high approximately 2 min just until bubbly.
Stir in cereal.
Press into 9x13 pan.
Combine chips in a glass bowl and microwave on high for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and well combined.
Pour over cereal and smooth over the entire surface.
Let cool and cut into squares.
Rice Krispie Peanut Butter Granola Bars (No-Bake)
16 bars 22 min 15 min prep
2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup corn syrup (or you can use honey if desired)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Prepare an greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl combine rice krispie cereal, oats and raisins.
In a saucepan stir together/combine corn syrup or honey and brown sugar; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon; remove from heat and add/stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until well combined.
Pour over the dry ingredients in the bowl; mix to combine.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture into prepared baking dish.
Cool and cut into bars.

PEANUT BUTTER RICE CRISPIES
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
Rice Krispies
Boil for 1 minute, syrup and sugar, remove stir in peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies so that they are well coated. Spread in dish greased with butter
