yeah, you need a new one b4 u go. the problem will not be in the uk, i doubt they will even check it. But the US is getting very picky with this one. The problem will be getting back in the US - they can make exmaples of ppl so get it sorted and take the stress away from the situation

yes. all countries require you to have at least 6 months left on your passport
doesnt matter where you are from or where you are going or how long you intend to be there

No i think there something like you cannot travel within half a year of your expiration date. you sould get it renewed before you go.

i dont think you have to worry because you can only go for 3 months anyway at a time
