I"m brazilian. I Live in São Paulo and I Studied a lot and fastly (VIP class) for 01 year - from intermediate to advanced.
But unfortunetelly I can't speak english as I desired...

Become an exchange student and then you will be forced to speak it on a daily basis. Talk only English, is the way of doing it.

Find other people who want to practice English, or maybe native English speakers living in São Paulo who would be willing to practice with you. Maybe you could even strike a deal that you'd help them learn Portuguese if they help you with English. Whatever you do, keep practicing!

The only way is to submerge yourself in English. Speak nothing but English. Forget everything Else It's the only way.

Come to the USA for 6 months. And you will definitely refine your speaking.
