It means, she's realized that she probably shouldn't be dating a 13 year old to begin with. That is way too young for a 18 or 19 year old. Anything happens, her butt is in jail! Find someone a little closer to your age.

Maybe they mean it in the sense that you are too immature? If so, you might in fact be too immature or she is just being a snob, in that case you may want to drop your infatuation with her and move on to someone who respects you.
EDIT : You say she is 6 years older than you, that is why. When she first dated you she must not have been thinking right or there must have been some other reason. Also, no offense but I kind of doubt you could really be "that" mature if you are only 13.

If you've dated her before and she never brought this age thing up then, i would have to say that the reason she's saying this is because she just doesn't want to be with you anymore but she doesn't want to hurt you by just saying no, so she made this up instead. Plus 13 and 19 are really far apart, she might be looking for someone more mature.

I know it hurts but maybe she isn't the right person for you or you two just need time to grow. Maybe if you go out and have some fun and let her see you are ok she will rethink what she thinks now. It works alot with us females! Sometimes females just have to know that as much as you love them you can and will live and have fun without them. It tends to drive them right back to you in most cases but either way have fun and you may end up better off than you thought .

I'm guessing it means that she just doesn't feel attracted to you (for whatever reason) and is just using any old lame excuse so she doesn't have to come out and say it.
If you want to be spiteful, find that girl she's always jealous of (you should know who that is) and see if you're too young to date HER! But a better option would be to be open to finding someone else who is willing to return your affection.

It means she likes you but thinks you are immature based on your past history together. There is a possibility she may realize she is wrong if you give her room, continue to be her friend and not push her to date you when she does not feel up to it. In the mean time, spend time with friends and date others.

Well in my case im 22, graduating from college, im getting ready to start my own life... my ex is also the same age but hasnt graduated.. in college yeah it was cool to date him, hang out i wasnt thinking about the future.. now im looking for someone older, more established. Maybe she means that she is in a diffrent stage of life...right now... that she wasnt in before and maybe you haven't progressed to this stage.. or maybe when you dated some of your tendencies she might have seen as immature.

This is just a girls way of letting you down easy. I'd say it is over. You should try and move on.
