What should i tell my friend?

Ok, this is not me i swear. but i have a friend named KD, who has been going out w/ a guy 4 about 4 months. she wants to kiss him soooo bad, and he wants to kiss her the same. but they are both too afraid. i have a b/f and he just brought up the subject of kissing when we were talkin on the phone, so i dont know what to tell her. i know that 4 suer the guy wont talk to KD about it. but KD doesnt want to bring it up. What should i tell her?

tell her 2 give him a soft quick kiss on the cheeck it will signify 2 him its ok 2 kiss her n the lips. but make sure the timing and moods right or it wont go 2 well
