How do you transfer Mozilla Thunderbird messages to another computer?

I need to get my Mozilla Thunderbird mail messages onto another Thunderbird account on my other pc. does any1 have any idea how this is done? I know there is a way, but I dont know how..Anyone?

If memory serves, open Thunderbird and click on the Files Tab, then choose Export... and choose the proper "Save As..." file format for your new Email client.
