This girl behind the bar always looks or stares very briefly everytime im around, mainly from a distance.
She served me for the first time, she sweetly said Hi, and i asked her how has your night been?, She replies, yeah, pretty steady, you? I would ask her out, but being the first time that i said anything i felt that it would have been a bit too forward.
Do you think she is interested?
Girls, i would appreciate your opinions on this.

Bartenders flirt with everyone. It's how they get good tips.

Thought I'd give you my perspective. I get bored very easily and I suspect that someone working in a bar spends a lot of time bored. When I am bored I tend to scan the room and just generally look around and daydream. On a regular basis, I come out of a daydream to find that someone thinks I am staring at them. Your girl might really be interested, but then she just might be a space cadet like me. =D

When it comes to women you never know....they could be interested or married and think you are cute...best way to go about it is to NOT really ask her out but kind of.. She is a bartender so ask her something like what do you do when your not working.. chances are SOMETHING QUIET AND LOW KEY.. IF she is a cute bartender she probably gets hit on ALL the time.. so I wouldn't hit on her.. take it SLOW and easy and show her you are actually interested and not just there for free drinks or a piece of tail.. women want to know they are interesting so make her feel that way.. and compliment her on something NON sexual.. like her hair or shoes.. something not involve T & A. Best of luck to you

When a customer walks into a bar it is the bartenders reponsiblity to recognize that person.

You may have misconstrued her informal niceties as something more than what they really are.

It's a good thing you didn't ask her out, you probably would've made her very, very uncomfortable, not mention scared her or made her think you are a freak!

Just like the night you casually said hi, then casually get to know her by just making conversation with her at the bar. Find out if she is taken or not, and tell her nice things about her self that you admire, or like. keep casual. be calm and collective, but let her know your interested just by sitting there, maybe give her a nice tip. make conversation with her, ask her what her interests are, what she likes to do, ask her what her story is? that one always gets some type of reply. Good Luck!

Some brutal honesty...bartenders there out for the cheddar...there going to do what they need to do so guys will tip them..wouldnt you do the same? If she continues to talk to you and inquire about you...such as maybe how was your day or ask questions to learn more about you..ok ...she might be intrested..visit the bar a couple times..if communication progresses ok ask her out...if she ever metions liking a certian movie or wanting to go do something such as she wants to go to such and such restauraunt sometime make a joke about it...tell her you will take her next weekend

that way if she would decline..it was a joke...you still have your pride

I bet she is interested in you, and even if shes not at least you know that you tried! Ask her out, take the chance. The worse that can happen is her turning you down, which might be a good or bad thing because you dont know what kind of person she is. Go for the gusto!

there is no way to know if she's interested if that's the only interaction you've had. she's working, its her job to make small talk. she wasn't in any way suggestive or unprofessional... but if you are interested, let her know, so if she is interested at least she'll have a chance to act on it. or you can tell her the next time you see her that you want to ask her out but don't want to make her uncomfortable by being so forward without knowing her. that'd be cute.
