Do you mean by actually observing their "anatomy" or just by the way they carry themselves. If you're talking about the first way, then yes, sometimes you can. But not always. And as for number two, often times u can "sense" that a girl is a virgin if she is. They have a certain naivity about them. Of course, these are all just generalities. You should make your question more clear as to what u mean if u want a better answer

I immediately think of he's plenty too youthful for me provided that there are not many adult men of their early/mid 20s who're nonetheless virgins. If the guy is eighteen or older and a virgin and allow him understand that he's being sensible and that i envy his means to bypass against social pressures and stay real to himself.

okay im no a guy but um i have to say no you can't really tell if a girl is a virgin or not. 1. U cant tell by their attitudes. girls tend to how do i say it, they like to keep the guy guessing of course. 2. You cant really tell by the way they act cause some people tend to act childish when their not virgins and vise-versa. looks like ur gonna either have to wait and see or wait till she tells u.

you can tell who is a virgin or not just by looking at them, for example most virgins have baby faces, they act kina childish, and can be shy people. and the reason is they lack sexual experience.

okay i know im not a guy, but a girl that is a virgin might not have a cherry to pop, so if you hear all those stories just know that thats not always true.
