As far as I know it pretty much means making someone think you care about them when you really don't. You know having someone fall for you and pretty much do anything for you although you could really care less about that person. It's a stupid "game" but some guys get a kick out of "playing" it.

Game is being confident in who u are and what u got and being able to project that to other people.You can walk the walk and talk the talk and get any woman you would like, Simply by telling them what they want to hear and treating them how they think they want to be treated. Which leads them to their main objective witch is getting SEX!
