Of course, I believe in a soulmate.
We all "feel" that connection deep inside of us.
Unfortunately, for me I was told that my soulmate
is not on this planet and that our lives will connect again
someday but I was put here for a purpose and until I
fulfill that purpose I must remain.

Yes Ben I do believe. I think I've found him because we pray together and we are even starting to think alike. We're not married yet but we are planning to marry when the time is right.

he died years ago in a horrible accident ! he was standing still at a red light and a guy ran him over! so I guess that's it for me . Maybe next life time!
very sad - I got married to someone else - it broke, every relationship I have ,just breaks , and the funny thing is I don't even seem to care!
love-peace

My sister is always talking about soul mates. Only she spells it sole mates. Hmmmm all sounds a bit fishy to me. But it's different if the shoes on the other foot.

I'd say yes just to give the person I love greater meaning that he already has in my life because romanticizing romance is so fulfilling.

no. Somebody said it here right, it is romanticizing romance and it definitely gives you warm and fuzzy feelings. I have met and connected with many awesome people in my life and if i let myself open up to most people, we have a deep and profound connection. That's not a soul mate. It's simply someone i connected with. By people's definition, i have many soul mates and each of them fulfill different aspects of my life.

I don't know where people came up with that but it's stupid.
How can you be a "soul mate" to someone else? You're alone
