Try my favorite Organic Italian restaurant, Coppi's, on U st NW. You can certainly spend more than $20 to $25, but one of the best meals is the Pizza, which is much less than that, so you'll have enough left over for appetizers. This is a truly wonderful, slightly eclectic restaurant named after Coppi, the Italian Bicyclist.
