Go to your local registry ofice, and they will have plenty to chose from. My sister did this for my wedding, and her reading was beautiful.

Never Found the Words
When you two asked me to write a poem for you wedding I felt so honored. But now on this your wedding I must apologize for not writing your poem, I never found the words.
I never found the words
that could describe the love you see for one another
when you gaze into each others eyes.
I never found the words
that would truly embraces the warmth you feel
when you’re holding one another in your arms.
I never found the words
that would magnify the passion
of your kisses.
So once again I do apologize.
But you two must understand
when it comes to your love for one another
there is no words, and that is why I
never found the words.
Lore

To my sister on her wedding day
I am happy to say,
You're love is pure for this man hear,
And he wont throw her love away.
They will be happy,
I know
So i am happy to say it is her wedding day.

This is a beautiful poem that I used for my sons wedding!
Cherished are the memories that
brought you here today...
For yesterday was just a dream
a wish too far away.
A fantasy where in your mind
a fleeting glimpse you'd see...
A vision of the true desires
you longed for eternally.
And when you dreamed
you did not know
the love you'd feel today...
The height of your true feelings
and the depth they would portray.
And if I had one wish today
a simple wish it would be...
Is that the love you feel at this moment
will last eternally.

How about saying a sentimental speech to the Bride and Groom...
http://www.confetti.co.uk/article/view/7395-7908.do
This weblink gives you excellent ideas on what to say, maybe something about your relationship with her, childhood memories, thank her for her support and guidance over the year... remember to include him! Say about not losing a sister but gaining a brother, and how you couldn't of wished for a nicer guy to be such as special part of the family, wish them both well in the future.... etc etc..
I'm sure something will come naturally.... best of luck!x

Are you close? If you had your battles, check this out:
No matter how we have fought, we will always be sisters.
Neither marriage nor distance nor children will change
The frictional fondness, part balm and part blisters,
No dawn can diminish nor passion make strange.
Like two trees with their wrestling roots underground,
Fighting for sun while restraining the wind,
By close and protracted proximity bound,
We've been shaped by a force that no fate can rescind.
And so it's with undaunted pleasure that I
Bid farewell to a part of myself, for I know
That beyond the illusions of what, when, and why,
We'll be together wherever we go.
***********************************************************
Here is one that is more kinder, albeit brief:
To my sister on her day,
On whom my love long has shone:
May your wish and world be one,
Your want your wind, your will your way.
So may you find happiness
In being loved and loving well,
So long as choice and chance may tell,
Turning time to tenderness.
Each day may both of you again
Rejoice in what this day you've done.
**************************************************************
This sounds quite similar:
To my sister on her wedding day:
Old memories are a movie starring you.
Much of me was shaped by our relation,
Years and years of being one of two.
So like two trees alone upon a meadow,
Interplaying with the rain and sun,
Shaped by turning earth through light and shadow,
The growth of two becomes the growth of one.
Even as you enter now the light,
Remember how we shared the dreams of night.
Hope that helps!

"Without love and understanding a marriage will never be.
A marriage needs tenderness, laughter and loyalty.
Forgiveness, faith and happiness are things that must be there
As well as hope and friendship and special things you'll share
Life will be full of caring helping each other through
For two special people this message is for you"
