Public restrooms mount the toliet paper dispensers too low. It is impossible to sit straight because there is no room for your right leg. Basically the only way you can take care of business is to squat on a 45 degree angle.

Being a germophobe, I either don't use the public restrooms or I 'hover' anyways.
I think they should have some of those nifty bleach wipes and some disposable/latex gloves in there as well. That way you can clean the place a bit and not have to worry so much about someone else's creepy-crawlies.

.Yes it annoys me but for another reason. I think they are set up that low so that you are prevented from easily pulling off much toilet paper at a time. The angle is all wrong and awkward. Why else would they place them so low.

I don't have much trouble with this but I'm pretty short. Some restrooms are very small, never thought of it but I guess they would be a pain to use if you're tall!

yes legroom in a public convenience can be very limited, amazingly someone with a degree probably designed the restroom, my question is, where do they go to the toilet or are they all short, little people? lol

Since I refuse to sit on a public toilet anyway, I have never even noticed this.
