Ya twelve year olds are very annoying i am 13 lol and it makes a big difference i know what you should do you should just tell her to go sit in the garage then lock her in that will teach her a lesson anyway i am just joking hope you have fun beating her up

This sort of behavior is not uncommon in 12 year olds, especially 12 year old girls.
At this age, she is experiencing chemical and hormonal changes which will alter her moods and behavior.
Some kids experience it more than others.
Take comfort in the fact that she will eventually calm down.

I just turned that age a few days ago. We tend to hit people on purpose because you might threaten us, scare us, or we just plain hate you. Stay away from your cousin... It'll be nice for the both of you.

all children are annoying to some degree or other..to older people..some too noisy too clingy too stand offish too boisterous too quiet too picky with their food too greedy too clumsy too dirty too clean too spiteful etc..I'm not saying you should do this .but when I was young 14 my cousin too started to hit or kick me when no-one was looking..he did this a few times..so one day when i was outside ..I just grabbed him and pushed him up against a tree..got real close to him and said "If you hit or kick me again ..I will hit you so hard you will never stop crying..and stared at him for a short while ..then just let him go..It seemed to do the trick as he never came near me again..Just don't let your cousin think he/she has the upper hand..

warn her that you will call the police to take her to juvenille shelter. ifshe ignores you call the police and explain that she is dangerous because you aren't allowed to strike back. after a couple of calls her parents will fix her up or the juvenilled authorities will really get busy with that little deveil. otherwise, hire some little thug to whack her with a broom handle a while then disappear after promising to be back. surely, you can outsmart her?

I know how you feel my sister is the biggest pest known to man. She gets on my nerves and tells my mom that i started a fight when trully she did. All i can say is hang in there and your not alone in this particular fight.

What is the question? if it is what to do, then ignore her. It is an age. How old are you? IGNORE! or just tell someone. She shouldn't do it that much if you ignore her.

if you are way older than her, try beating her up and threaten her that if she does it again, you are going to do worse than that. kids like that need discipline
