after making love, my boyfriend stayed inside me for a while. He then admitted that he accidently had a wee insdie me. Could this cause problems for me or my unborn baby?

i think pee is quite sterile, it should be ok.

It can't cause you any problems...i'm a nurse and it happens all the time, some accidents and some intentional...If his sperm doesn't affect the baby then his urine won't either...the only way it will hurt you or your baby is if he has an STD and if he's your baby's father then you should already know if he does or doesn't.
