I'm really wanted to talk to him and I have his number!!!
Also he gave my his email and want me to send him a pic, Do you I should ask him to send me a pic of him!?? AND why, he was the one who ask me Most of the questions, my mom said he want’s to see what kind of girl am I.
What should I do!!!!

If you met this guy on the Internet be very, very careful. If you didn't meet him on the Internet and have met him in person, go for it.
There are all kinds of creeps on the Internet that swim the waters like sharks looking for a defenseless little fish like you to devour so be leery of men on the Internet...especially ones who want a picture right off the bat instead of talking to you first. They are predators that you should stay away from.

Hey! you only live once just go for it and trust me either it will work out or you can go on and find someone else for you, furthermore write down some questions that you can ask him over the phone and that could get the conversation going for the both of you and I wish you the best of luck.

give yourself time to calm down then phone him. say hi, how are you, tell him you'll e-mail him a picture if he does too.
