I got my braces on the 1st of march and I am wondering if I can eat ice cream with them on?

You CAN, but it's going to hurt. Whenever you eat something cold with braces on, it makes the metal contract, so it pulls tighter and hurts like a *****.

yea you can eat ice cream just try not to eat really hard things like apples play on the soft side for a few days also stay away from sticky things for the first few days

absolutely! avoid nuts in it- make sure it's okay for your diet and all right wih mom and dad.

yes you can ....it will be very cold on teeth.. but it wont hurt them....
