No.. but it doesn't hurt to try taking Vitamin E, Omega-3 fatty acids, and Vitamin A.

It could just be genetic, unfortunately.

not that i am aware of- vitamin e is good for healing wounds and for scarring- in your case it would be best to use biotin- it's an otc supplement for nail and hair growth.

Try flax seed oil. That worked for my mom.
