It started out when I met this guy online and he talked to me. From there we built a friendship and realized that we wanted more so started to really invest in building something. We were apart because although we were both moving to New York, he was going a good month before I was. He told me that he thought it was fate that we met, and that he was feeling about me a way he had never felt before. He told me that love was an emotion he wasn't going to feel but I somehow changed that. I told him I couldn't tell him that I loved him if I wasn't completely sure I meant it. After that he started to act really distant and now It's to the point where he doesn't pick up his phone when I call. Does this mean that he's finished? I don't understand how he could say he felt so strongly about me and then just stop talking to me.

yah, i don't really get why some guys do that after saying they love someone. it does sound like he took your statement as a rejection and since a relationship was the only thing he was interested in, he moved on.

Maybe he has already met someone new in New York. First of all why would you believe anything anyone said on the internet? Most people lie and never keep their promises. I look at as a form of entertainment. Most men want to exchange photos, nude photos and get you on a cam if you have one. They also want cybersex. They get off on this stuff and women suck into to it all the time. I hope your not one of them.
