Start by starting a conversation about something or someone you have an interest in.Please look directly in to her eyes.This will get you a point or two.We girls sort of like it .Smile ! Keep it all up beat. Mention a movie that you know is out there and if she says she is going to see it,say "I was going to see it this weekend.I'd love your company if you'd like to see it with me."
Now she very well could have other plans for the weekend and may say so.In that case smile and say "If you give me your e mail address we can keep in touch and you can let me know when you are free." Now what you have here my friend is you had a great conversation with her,got her e mail address so you can chat with her and the chance of a date in the future.And please remember that when you ask a girl out and she says she is busy ...she very well maybe. I mean we do make plans ....we do not just sit there with the hope that we will get out.We have friends and things to do .So don't take it hard if you are ever told "Oh I can't make it." Just come back with the line "Well
maybe another time."

Find out her address(try her friends). Have a pizza ordered to her house and put a note in it asking her out. It's a weird idea, but it just might work. Oh, and make sure she's single first. You don't wanna go through lots of trouble 4 nothing. Good luck!

Where do you want to ask her out to? Out on a date? As boyfriend girlfriend? Be a little more specific.
If you know her then just grab the balls and ask her. You have a 50% chance she'll say yes.

well the best way to do it is get her number and text message her, ask her if she interested and what not, then if the feeling is mutual then that's Ur time to ask her out....hope this helps:)

do it face to face [no cell phone ask out]
make sure there is at least ONE red rose,
and all white.
