Mark 2:17 - When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Mark 10:18 - And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.
Matthew 5:20 - For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 9:13 - But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Righteousness is kind of like learning. If you think you are right you do not learn from your mistakes. If you think you are righteous you do not continue to try and be righteous.
If you know you are wrong about something you try to learn. If you know you are a sinner you work to become righteous.
If you are stupid enough to think you know everything you need to know, you quit learning. If you are stupid enough to think you have achieved righteousness you quit trying to stop sinning.
If you run into someone who thinks they are righteous, run!

Read those 4 gospels That is the very purpose Jesus came to fulfill. Not just the chapter and verse but all of the chapters and verses therein are for you to understand. He didn't come for any good ones! Only we people see good ones and bad ones >We tend to think of being graded on a curve ......not so in God's eyes we are all sinners not one of us is HOLY! Only our creator is Holy. consequently if He gets to Love us eternally He has to cover all our sins by sacrifice and if it is us then we are dead n gone but he Sent Jesus to die instead of us so that if we will accept the fact that He loves us so much to kill His own son in our stead then we can love him forever and live with Him In a loving relationsghip forever!

John 3:16-17
God so loved the world that he gave his only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world but to save the world through him.
You will notice that the word "world" was used twice. That indicates (in Bible language studies) that is is a particular point God wants to make. World includes all people.

Could this be what you are looking for: "Jesus answered them, 'It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.' " Luke 5:31&32.

Actually He said that no-one is good but God alone, and that all mankind are sinners in need of salvation. He also said that He came to heal sinners, and that healthy people are not in need of a doctor.

1Timothy 1:15 "This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief."
However, there is no good no not one - Ecclesiastes 7:20 "For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not."
