Running 100 m in 10 seconds is flat is olympic time. 10 seconds is an unbelievable time. I'm on the track team at my high school so I see some amazing athletes while I compete and the fastest 100 m time I've ever seen is 10.6 seconds. Also, the world record for the 100 m is 9.7 seconds...the world record. So 10 seconds is only .3 away, it would be an unbelievable time to run especially at age 16 it would be an ungodly performance.

What was your official time? 10 secs, or was it 10. something? Was it hand held time or electric timed? But I think if you ran 10 sec flat I would know you because I went to both high school indoor and outdoor nationals. and 10 flat would be the high school national record. I think that if you are in the 10's you are doing good. I mean I never ran the 100 for my school because I ran the 200 and 400 but my time was never in the 10's. You should tell us if you got 10 flat or if it was something like 10.6.

super fast, no matter what the age considering the world record is only a quarter of second faster. this person is a world class athlete
