How about Romans 1:16, which says this: "I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile."

Or Matthew 9:13, in which Jesus says this: "But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."

Is that what you're looking for?

Paul says that...

1Timothy 1:15 Here is a saying that you can trust. It should be accepted completely. Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. And I am the worst sinner of all.

Jesus made a similar statement...

Mark 2:17 Jesus heard that. So he said to them, “Those who are healthy don’t need a doctor. Sick people do. I have not come to get those who think they are right with God to follow me. I have come to get sinners to follow me.”

Jesus came to save the world.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

God bless.
