My computer doesn't do print screen what's a good program to use that's free?

Print Screen:
It is activated, when you push 'Print Screen' it doesn't actually print, it saves it to the clipboard. Open Paint or the like and select Edit>Paste. Then you can print it.

When you hit PrtScrn it saves it like a copy, open word pad or word processor and right mouse paste then print.
