Depends on what type of girl she is. Usually, I would say that this is a good sign, but there are bitches out there that will lead you on and then have fun watching your dissapointment.
So far it's a good sign, but take it easy and don't pounce on her right away. If she starts thinking you're a stalker even a LITTLE bit, you are finished with any possibilities with her.

That probably is a good sign. I know I would only call a guy like that if I really liked him. Call her this time and have a good, long conversation. And tell her that you like her, she'll probably tell you she likes you too. Then, you can ask her out.
