I was trying to take what a thought was a picture with my new digital camera but I took a video instead.?

I desperately need to capture a still from the video and print it out. How can I capture a still AND print it??

Play the video full screen on your computer
Pause where you want it.
Use the camera to take a picture of the monitor! (Don't use flash)
Print the new still

Some video players may allow you to print a video still

On a digital camera video is taken at a way lower resolution than a picture. You could get a program and go through the video frame by frame and see what you want. But, it probably will be fuzzy and you won't want to print it up anyway.
