You don't unless you want to risk him going to jail. Hope he is smart enough to realize anyone under 18 is jailbait for him. Leave him alone until you are 18.

dont force it and be honest about your age, what your parents rules are. Let him get to know you, and if he can respect you and your parents then this is the one for you.
