islam is a monotheistic religion. it means submission to the One True God
btw- sum1 mentioned the holy quran was written by prophet muhammed(saw)- NO its words were send down by God n muhammed(saw) only complied them.

Islam is to believe in the one true God Allah, to believe in His angels, His books His messengers and in the last day.
We believe in Allah and that the final messenger is Muhammed(pbuh).
